Notice Regarding Tariffs

RE: Announced Tariffs Between USA, Canada, Mexico

 

Dear Valued Customer,

As many already know, the announced tariffs by the US government and corresponding retaliatory tariffs by the Canadian government has left many businesses wondering how this affects them.

We at My Acoustic Panels would like you understand how this will affect our relationship with you while these tariffs are in motion.

Currently, My Acoustic Panels inventory uses material that is not affected by the tariffs, and we are not increasing our prices. Unfortunately, our sales/exports to the US will be affected as all goods being sold to the US are being charged 25% of its value. This means that if My Acoustic Panels ships the product to you (Canada to USA), we will be charging this tariff as part of the shipping cost. Alternatively, if you prefer to ship, your brokerage company will charge the 25% tariff as part of your invoice.

This is NOT included in our current pricing. Our team will reach out to you once an order is placed to determine whether you would prefer to pay tariffs through My Acoustic Panels or your brokerage of choice.

We will continue to monitor the tariffs as the governments work to find solutions. We are committed to ensuring that valued customers such as yourself are kept abreast of this ongoing situation.
