Whether it is community halls, churches, synagogues, theatres, or any number of other public spaces the need for people to gather in an acoustically treated space remains. One of the benefits of attending public gatherings, is the ability to meet new people and catch up with those you have not seen in a while.
As gymnasium acoustic treatment is designed, both interior designers and school boards have begun to opt for treatment colours that reflect the school colours. These acoustic panels then have the opportunity to both absorb echo and promote school spirit.
This company was suffering with a common issue in modern day offices - echo. The new building was beautifully designed with high open ceilings, modern cement floors and glass windows surrounding the space. The look was beautiful and easy to keep clean, but the sound echoing throughout the space made the space almost unusable.Â
In this featured project, a music room was outfitted in 4'x4'x2" acoustic panels from our green with envy and rocky road collections. You will notice that the far wall uses bands of the same colour of panels, which the front of the room has a unique focal point by mixing and matching multiple shades of green and grey.
In the featured project, this office suspended our 4'x4' acoustic baffles from a standard t-bar ceiling grid with minimal time and effort. Because the baffles are not permanently mounted, they can be reconfigured to meet the ever-changing needs of the business and if the company ever moves locations, the baffles can come with them!
